Under the current trend of mobile Internet technology and the growing scale of users,how to use the technology platform to optimize railway passenger travel services with times is an inevitable choice to improve the overall service level and reduce operating costs.In the era of electronic information,passengers are more caring about the convenience and informatization of travel service.In the whole process of railway passengers' travel,they need to get timely information,have entertainment and transfer traffic except the basic requirements.In practice,there are some service items which are hysteresis,inefficient and unimproved.For example,the catering service of general-speed train still adopts the form of manual trolley sale service.Based on the current popularity of smart phones,the WeChat platform has significant advantages such as large-scale users,easy to promote and multi-level technology.We can use the WeChat platform to integrate information resources,application tools and optimize some existing passenger services in the travel process.Firstly,the paper established the research ideas of the article by studying the status quo at home and abroad.Secondly,after analyzing the quality of the railway passengers based on the KANO model,combining with the perspective of the railway operation department to determine the functional requirements of the system.After building the system's crucial technology platform development model and platform advantages,the PHP language was used for compilation and debugging based on the requirements analysis results.Finally,it realized the service functions of online ordering,baggage reservation,weather forecast,special car pick-up,key passenger assistance appointment,questionnaire survey,online question and answer.At last,the system test data analysis showed that the system ran stably and smoothly.It basically met the needs of railway passenger travel throughout the whole process,and had the value of further development and promotion.
