With rapid development of China’s economic and technological level, the frequency and density of the national travel is getting higher and higher. As passengers demand more service quality, civil aviation, highway, marine, and other industries have built advanced passenger service systems. However, due to historical conditions and lack of unified planning and designing, waste exists in staffing, with low efficiency and outdated equipment, along with weak in emergency planning, and poor reliability. Thus exists a passenger service system which has been unable to meet passenger travel demands. In order to vigorously promote station efficiency, improved passenger service level, and quality; upgrading the railway passenger service system is in urgent need. This article analyzes the main problems that exist in passenger service systems in railway station--and it suggests that planners reference the successful passenger service system experiences used to build high speed railways. We can build a passenger service system integration management platform in railway station lines. This article describes and defines the main functions and implementations models of passenger service systems integration management platform; and considers the impact on all aspects of technical, economical, and practical implementation, with regards to timing. In addition, proposals are put forward for building a standard design, with functional requirements, and a performance index that interfaces specifications on passenger service systems using the integration management platform. This article also describes the use of Oracle, Weblogic, MQ, TTS, IVS, Ajax to passenger service system integration management system; and a reasonable assessment on impacts of productivity layout adjustment, and its influences on economical and social benefits.
