Evaluation And Analysis Of Service Level Of Dalian Railway Passenger Transport Equipment

With the development of the economy,high-speed railway has become an advanced mode of transportation in today's society.Since the beginning of the 21st century,China's high-speed railway has developed rapidly.According to the medium and long-term development planning goals of the railway,the mileage of railway operations in China needs to reach 100,000 kilometers by 2020.Along with the formation of high-speed railway network,a group of intelligent and modern railway passenger transportation equipment has gradually been put into construction and operation.The level of service of railway passenger transport equipment directly affects the service level of the entire railway system.Therefore,the evaluation of the service level of railway passenger transport equipment has also become a new problem in current research.Based on the research status at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the current research on railway passenger transport equipment research and railway passenger transport equipment evaluation methods,and it finds out the shortcomings in the current research on railway passenger transport equipment.Based on this,the research in this paper mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,the analysis of railway equipment is mainly divided into three categories:operating equipment,passenger equipment and EMU equipment.This paper focuses on railway passenger transport equipment and analyzes the influencing factors of passenger transport equipment service capability.Based on the influencing factors,this paper calculates the railway passenger transport equipment service capacity mainly includes station service capability,ticketing equipment service capability and waiting area service capability.Secondly,the evaluation model is determined by comparative analysis of commonly used evaluation methods.This paper,the cloud model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to evaluate the service level of passenger equipment in Dalian station,and the evaluation results are compared with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,taking Dalian Station as an example.Through the investigation of the service level of passenger equipment in Dalian station and the specificization of relevant quantitative indicators,the cloud model-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to evaluate the passenger equipment service of Dalian station respectively.The results prove that the passenger equipment of Dalian Station The service level is average,but the cloud model-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is more intuitive,and it has certain superiority compared with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
