Research On Intelligent Passenger Service System In High-speed Railway Station A

With the continuous development of China’s high-speed railway construction,various high-speed railway stations have also established corresponding passenger service systems and platforms to meet the passenger service.Between various subsystems,such as:broadcasting,comprehensive display,security inspection,Ticket sales,inquiries,passenger services and other systems have also achieved their respective functions,realized the operation of the station,met the basic needs of passenger travel,and laid a good foundation for the development of China’s high-speed railway industry.However,China’s railway passenger service concept still has inherent rigidity,and has not established a market-oriented service awareness.At the same time,it has to be strengthened in the software and hardware facilities of the passenger service platform.The software integration is not high,and the system internal software connected with external software is not well,and the automatic acquisition and processing of information is insufficient.There is still a lack of system integration,integrate with external systems,automatic acquisition and processing of information.Through the theoretical research on the status quo of high-speed rail passenger service platform at home and abroad,this thesis draws on the excellent theoretical knowledge at home and abroad,and through the combing of a large number of documents,has a comprehensive understanding of the relevant theories and applications of the passenger service platform,and draws on the relevant outstanding results.At the same time,from the perspective of system,adhere to the combination of normative research and empirical analysis,not only to interpret the theoretical and methodological aspects of the previous study of passenger service platform,but also make certain assumptions based on relevant theoretical foundations,and then combine intelligence with specific passenger stations.A small-scale pilot conducts follow-up investigation to verify the proposed theory,thereby improving formativeness and practicality of research.Through the intelligent transformation of the high-speed rail station A,the questionnaire collects the feedback from the passengers,and then selects the variables,finds the problems that the passengers focus on or care about,combines the previous studies,establishes the structural equation model,and conducts empirical analysis.The research of intelligent passenger service information system is accompanied by the development of intelligent information technology.Through comprehensive real-time perception,timely information service,and automatic organization of production,and the technology supports of latest information such as cloud computing,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,robots,etc to create a new production service system that is efficient,self-help,safe,green and organic,and applies it in a new way to the construction and operation of the railway passenger service information system.With the further development of China’s high-speed rail construction,intelligent high-speed rail,intelligent stations will step into our lives step by step.The first-line pilot of the high-speed railway station A has played a positive role in promoting the construction of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway and the construction of China’s "eight vertical and eight horizontals" railway network.
