Problems And Countermeasures In Passenger Service Of China Railway Harbin Bureau

Railway transportation is an important part of comprehensive transportation system of China and an important means of transportation for people's daily travel.However,the contradiction between the people's growing demand for a better life and the unbalanced railway development has made the traditional railway passenger transport service model unable to meet the needs of passengers.Ensuring the safety of railway transportation and providing high-quality service for passengers is an important task in railway passenger transport service.Based on the theory of Public goods and Public service,this paper expounds the connotation,characteristics,contents and general influencing factors of railway passenger transport service.By collecting the data on passenger transport service of China Railway Harbin Group Co.,Ltd.,the passenger transport service of China Railway Harbin Group is introduced from three aspects: railway network,stations,and passenger volume.Based on the research results of relevant scholars in the railway passenger transport service quality,a questionnaire for passenger service satisfaction is designed.Using the method of sampling survey,select stations and trains within the management of China Railway Harbin Group,and conduct questionnaire surveys on passengers.The problems and causes in passenger transport service of China Railway Harbin Group are analyzed according to the passenger satisfaction results and the current situation of China Railway Harbin Group.Then from four aspects: innovating service concepts,improving facilities,improving the professional quality of staff,and increasing the passenger's Needs Survey,put forward optimization countermeasures,hoping to improve the passenger transport service level of China Railway Harbin Group,and having a certain reference for railway enterprises to improve public service capabilities and levels.
