With the rapid development of the high-speed rail industry in China and gradually moving towards the world,the number of bullet trains used in operation is increasing day by day,Bullet Train skin cleaning has become an urgent problem for railway workers.At present,there are two main methods of bullet train cleaning: manual cleaning and station cleaning,However,the manual cleaning takes a long time,the cleaning effect is poor,and the position of the local train is fixed,it cannot be cleaned in time.This paper designs an online cleaning equipment that can be installed on both sides of the platform to clean bullet train's outer skin without stopping.The bullet train online cleaning machine studied in this paper is an online cleaning equipment which integrates the functions of automatic intelligent control,high pressure water jet flushing,non-destructive rolling brushing,high-speed airflow drying,self-cleaning and selfdiagnosis.As the most important functional component of the equipment,U-shaped cleaner consists of two rows of spray rods with high pressure fan shaped nozzles,rolling brush and air knife.Its structure design and related analysis are carried out.Firstly,according to the technical goals and guiding ideology of the online cleaning machine of the bullet train,the arrangement form and technical parameters of the equipment are determined.The stiffness analysis of the U-shaped cleaner shows that the stress is much smaller than the yield strength of the material and meets the design requirements.High-pressure water jet cleaning selects the axial fan nozzle,determines the size of the nozzle,and establishes a three-dimensional model of the boom assembly in Creo.ANSYS Fluent was used to analyze the external flow field for a single nozzle.Three sets of non-structural parameters,inlet pressure,target surface distance and tilt angle,were selected for analysis to explore the effect on the cleaning effect.For the nozzle designed in this paper,10 Mpa,100mm and 10° are the better parameter combinations to get better cleaning effect.EVA foam was selected as the brush material,and the brush was arranged in a straight line on the roller.The size parameters of the brush were determined according to the external dimension and internal layout of the u-shaped cleaner.The threedimensional model of the brush was established in Creo.According to the designed size of the roller brush,the rotation speed of the roller brush is determined,and the force on the single brush and the cylinder roller with the center of the roller brush is calculated theoretically,which provides a reference for the test after the test of the equipment.The power calculation of the roller brush is carried out,which provides the basis for the selection of the brush assembly motor.The three-dimensional model of the air knife was established in Creo,and an internal gas model of the air knife was carried out and fluid analysis was carried out in Fluent of ANSYS.The outlet velocity of the air knife was observed,and the error was no more than 3% meeting the design requirements.The finite element model of the air knife is built in HyperWorks OptiStruct.The Lanczo method is used to analyze the free mode.The first six natural frequencies and modes are extracted.The results show that the natural frequency can avoid the vibration of vehicle and track structure caused by wheel-rail dynamic load caused by moving axle load and track surface irregularity,and avoid resonance.Finally,according to the three-dimensional model of U shape cleaner established in Creo,the two-dimensional drawing ofthe spray rod assembly,the roller brush assembly and the air knife were respectively constructed in CAD and assembled after production,and the prototype of the whole machine was completed for the preparation of experimental research.
