With the development of society,the advancement of the times,and the expansion of human material and spiritual needs,our lives have indeed become more colorful.However,with it,security risks are also increasing,and people’s safety awareness is constantly increasing.This is the reason for the frequent fires in recent years.Every time after a fire,there must be a large number of fire hoses that need to be cleaned.Most domestic methods of cleaning hoses are performed by manual brushing,and a small part is cleaned by machines.However,the known domestic equipment for cleaning fire hoses is only mechanical brush cleaning,so that the cleaned hoses are not only The degree of cleanliness cannot meet the requirements,and the brush can also easily damage the surface of the hose,thereby reducing the life of the hose.While foreign countries do have advanced cleaning equipment,the scale of such washing stations is very large.The equipment is complex,expensive,and costly.It does not apply to China’s national conditions.Therefore,this topic aims at the above problems,developed a small size,higher degree of automation,cleaning effect is better,and low cost,simple operation,universal fire hose cleaning equipment.First,through the research on existing fire hose cleaning equipment at home and abroad,according to the investigation of the cleaning methods and cleaning processes of various equipment,and the cleaning methods of materials similar to fire hose materials,a chemical soak was finally adopted.,Ultrasonic cleaning,brush cleaning and water jet cleaning in one hybrid cleaning method.The fire hose is passed through an ultrasonic tank equipped with a chemical cleaning agent,and the dirt and residual oil are decomposed by immersion of the chemical cleaning agent;then,the ultrasonic vibration vibrates the dirt sufficiently,loosens or attaches to the surface of the hose,and then the hose passes through.Brush and water jet cleaning,the high-speed rotation of the brush to the surface of the surface of the floating ash and attached to the surface of the belt by the ultrasonic vibration of the dirt fully brushed off,and then washed by water jets.Second,according to the requirements of the cleaning process,the structure of the equipment is designed,including an ultrasonic cleaning mechanism,a brush cleaning mechanism,a water jet spray cleaning,a hose dragging mechanism,a side lift mechanism,and an automatic winding mechanism.And the design of the organization parameters calculation,force school nuclear and finite element analysis.Finally,through the cooperation of the mentor and the related companies,trial prototypes were made,and experimental tests and analysis of the prototypes and adjustment of parameters were performed.Finally,satisfactory results were obtained. |
