Auto manufacturing level has been greatly improved with the development of science and technology.People's living standards and quality has been greatly improved along with continuous development of the ages.The car has gradually become an indispensable tool for people to travel.Car maintenance has gradually aroused people's attention,too.In addition to,car cleaning is one of the essential parts of vehicle maintenance.Recently several years,car has slowly entered into ordinary families along with the rapid development of Chinese economy.At the same time,car-wash has been booming.But people finish washing car is still to rely on manual operation in the most of car-wash.The traditional process of cleaning car is that people firstly smear cleaning agent on the car.Then people using traditional high pressure gun to clean the car's surface.Lastly,let the car automatically dry in the sun or under the influence of natural wind.These methods of cleaning the car excessively depend on human resources,and operating time usually at 10-20 minutes,and program of cleaning car is extremely complex,not only serious waste of water resources,but it's bad for environment and is not economical.So car wash business should make a change in the future.Almost of the larger car-wash has already realized automatic cleaning in today's society,but they paid a higher cost.It's not suitable to the smaller car-wash.Therefore,I believe the smaller car-wash has huge potentials for its development in the middle and small cities.The thesis make a general overall design by analyzing its data in the process of operation and its special requirements.Both the transmission and the structure of side brush were analyzed and studied in order to further improving its performance of control system and side brush driven.The side brush adopted two kinds of driver,including electricity and air pressure.In brief,using horizontal and vertical coordination of side brush and together with washing equipment to finish cleaning car.This method basically reach the goal of environmental protection,efficiency,reliability and economy.
