In order to further improve the problems of the high-pressure water jet cleaning technology in the cleaning process,this paper optimizes the design of the high-pressure water jet cleaning machine,and conducts theoretical research and analysis on the key technology of deburring.The experimental verification shows that FN-T1-Ⅲ high-pressure water The jet cleaning machine has high cleaning efficiency and its deburring function has been further enhanced.Therefore,this article focuses on the existing high-pressure water jet cleaning machine,on the basis of its performance in-depth study,and provide the final optimized design.First,a brief introduction is made from the composition,classification,design requirements,application fields,advantages and disadvantages of the high-pressure water jet cleaning machine,which shows that the technology has been gradually applied to various domestic cleaning operations.To bring greater economic benefits.Secondly,the use conditions of the high-pressure water jet cleaning machine are studied.Discuss its design scheme based on the functions that need to meet the conditions,and make an optimal selection from it.After summary and discussion of the scheme,the overall design scheme is finally determined,and the design and selection of key functions are analyzed and tested,and the design scheme and selection parameters are finally confirmed.The overall structure of the high-pressure water jet cleaning machine is designed again.The high-pressure water generated by the high-pressure generator flows through the nozzle through the pipeline and finally hits the product at a high pressure.The cleaning speed,flow rate,hitting force and nozzle structure are analyzed in detail,and repeated tests are carried out.The optimized structure design of the nozzle makes the cleaning effect better.In order to analyze the efficiency of this high-pressure water jet cleaning machine,simulation analysis is carried out including the factors affecting the efficiency of high-pressure water jet cleaning,and the ways and methods for improvement.Through the decontamination effect test,the results show that the target distance between the nozzle and the workpiece to be processed,the impact pressure,the incident angle and the nozzle movement speed are the key influencing factors to improve the cleaning efficiency.In addition,the key technology of high-pressure water jet cleaning machine deburring has been researched and developed.Finally,starting from the working principle of the deburring technology,the key parameters of the deburring efficiency of the high-pressure water jet cleaning and deburring technology are analyzed,and the high-pressure water jet cleaning and deburring technology is studied,and the deburring effect of the high-pressure water jet cleaning machine is carried out.A brief analysis and a deburring experiment finally give an effective deburring method. |
