With the development of China's transportation,among the many ground transportation modes,the high-speed bullet train is becoming the preferred option.The use of motor cars is gradually increasing,and the upgrading is getting faster and faster.No matter how it goes,it is essential to clean the equipment on daily maintenance and cleaning protection.With the physical techbology,the bullet train cleaning uses high-pressure water combined with the brush to complete the entire cleaning process.The author found that the diverse cleaning equipment products through the current situation of domestic train washing and the ordinary car cleaning industry.For the automation equipment for bullet train cleaning,in order to achieve complete automatic operation cleaning,there are some issues in technologies,and the cleaning methods are various,and there is no completely unified solution.At the same time,due to the large number of bullet train,the compatibility of various line cleaning equipment is also insufficient.in order to solve these problems,and make breakthroughs and standardized in the key cleaning technology,this paper has made further design and research that based on the current theoretical and practical developments,The author analyzes the three-dimensional structure model of the motor car in detail,and summarizes the size range and cleaning requirements of each model,and then obtains the targeted cleaning plan for each part of the train;performs the process analysis of the whole process of cleaning,and re-plans the overall layout;The cleaning station gives the structural design plan and component selection requirements,and the key analysis and design of the front part of the car,and ANSYS analysis of its key component structure;The author analyzes the three-dimensional structure model of the motor car in detail,and summarizes the size range and cleaning requirements of each model,and then obtains the targeted cleaning plan for each part of the train;performs the process analysis of the whole process of cleaning,and re-plans the overall layout;The cleaning station gives the structural design plan and component selection requirements,and the key analysis and design of the front part of the car,and ANSYS analysis of its key component structure;In the key technology of headstock part,summarize the experience and methods of the predecessors,and expand the new cleaning program.In the control process,through the entire cleaning,the requirements of the control scheme are further clarified to ensure the control accuracy.At the same time,based on the configuration software,the remote monitoring system of the equipment is preliminary researched,and the theoretical analysis and interface design of the equipment communication are carried out.The design and research of the bullet train cleaning equipment is more compact and safe in structure.Through analysis and judgment,the cleaning equipment is more compatible.The same equipment can complete the cleaning of various models of bullet trains,and basically satisfying the use requirements;The layout increases the cleaning efficiency and promotes the resource saving;In the control process,under the change of the partial cleaning scheme,simplified the control process and reduced the failure rate.the design of the whole monitoring system makes the human-machine cooperation more compact,and also facilitates the debugging and operation of the entire equipment.The operator can monitor the working status of the equipment in real time at the remote end,and also meet the equipment security requirements.
