Electricity is the basic energy for economic development in all regions of the world,and the power industry is a basic industry that is related to the national economy and people's livelihood.The total GDP and increment of each region are closely related to the total electricity consumption and increment of the whole society.At present,China's power grid enterprises have jointly built a huge power grid,and the scale of the power grid ranks first in the world.A strong and intelligent power supply network has been formed.At the same time,power grid enterprises continue to strengthen investment in the whole process of control,in order to achieve accurate investment,lean management for the purpose of post-evaluation as a review of power engineering investment activities,for future project decisions and improve the level of investment decision-making management recommendations.Post-project evaluation has received increasing attention in power engineering investment management.Post-project evaluation is the last link of power engineering construction management.It is a comprehensive and systematic analysis and summary of the whole process of the project after the project is completed and stable for a certain period of time.It aims to find out the project decision-making,construction and investment management.The feedback from the lessons learned provides a reference for the construction and management of new projects in the later stage of the enterprise.Therefore,it is very important to construct a reasonable evaluation system and choose a suitable evaluation method for post-project evaluation.This paper analyzes the methods of post-evaluation of power engineering projects with reference to relevant literature.Determine the choice of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods,and explain the reasons for choosing these two methods.In addition,compare the content of this article with the relevant information,find out the difference and explain the reasons,and summarize the post-evaluation content of this article.This paper combines the preparation of post-evaluation report,sorts out the post-evaluation index system of electric power project,and explains the reasons for selecting relevant indicators.According to the characteristics of the hydropower station Internet line project,the AHP method is used to determine the target layer as the post-evaluation of the hydropower station network line project(A),the criterion layer is the project implementation process evaluation(),the project operation status evaluation(),and the project financial benefit evaluation(),project environmental and social benefit evaluation(),project continuity evaluation().Ten first-level indicators and twenty-six second-level indicators.Combined with the XX project and the LBW project post-evaluation report,refer to the scores of the indicators in the reading literature,score the indicators,explain the weights used in the AHP method and calculate the weights of the indicators,and explain the calculation process.Taking the XX project and the LBW project as examples,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for calculation.The comprehensive scores are 83.031 and 81.84 respectively.The evaluation grades of both projects are good,verifying the practicability of the indicator system and evaluation method,and The evaluation results were summarized and compared.In addition,the evaluation of this article and the evaluation of the post-evaluation report of these two projects are compared and analyzed,which highlights the quantitative characteristics of evaluation indicators,evaluation methods and evaluation results,and provides reference for similar hydropower station network line projects.
