Research On The Post-Evaluation Of 500kV Transmission Line Project In MengShan-AnYuan

Electric power engineering construction is one of the largest infrastructure projects,at present our country assets,accounts for transmission line engineering investment is higher,closely related to social and economic development and People's Daily life.Transmission line project post-evaluation is refers to the investment in the project has been completed,to the comprehensive evaluation of its activities,can provide improved decision making and management services for stakeholders,at the same time,summarize experience and lessons,to provide the reference for the future of the project.The paper is based on sufficient demonstration about this project implemented in 500 k V transmission line Project in Meng Shan-An Yuan and the characteristics of this project.After comprehensive assessment,to improve power investors to improve the level of decision-making and management has the extremely vital significance.In order to better complete the thesis writing,in combination with the author USES literature research,case method and the method of combining theory and practice to complete the thesis mainly is divided into five parts: The first part mainly is the introduction part,the thesis research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,a brief introduction to the research contents and methods of analysis;The second part first introduces the basic theory of transmission line project post-evaluation,then introduces several main method after transmission line project evaluation,including the comparative method,logical frame method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,finally expounds the transmission line project post-evaluation research basic content;The third part first introduces the basic situation of this project,and then this paper studies the content of the basic content of the project post-evaluation,according to the evaluation content after formulated the project post-evaluation index system;The fourth part first presents the basic method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment steps;Then by using entropy method is applied in determining weights of indicators at all levels;Finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to indicators.Research results will provide the project provide feedback information for problem solution,for subsequent power grid construction project related work provides valuable reference for project;Fifth part of this project before evaluation conclusion and analyzes the existing problems,and then according to the project post-evaluation,respectively,from the micro level and macro level gives the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.
