| Post-evaluation of engineering projects is an indispensable part of the construction period. Power transmission and transformation as large-scale electric construction projects has huge impact on the development of social economy. It is meaningful to conduct post-evaluation on such projects, to improve investment decision, construction and the level of management.This paper focuses on220kV Shankou power transmission and transformation project. Based on large amount of survey and according to the features of power transmission and transformation projects, the post-evaluation index system and evaluation model are established. The post evaluation on each index of the project is analyzed; a comprehensive post-evaluation on the implementation effect based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is conducted, and the reference function of the evaluation results on project’s decision is also analyzed. The value of each index from the results of the comprehensive evaluation shows that, the project is generally successful, which achieves main objectives expected, gains a well economic benefit, and produces the positive influence on the regional economy development. |
