| Project post-evaluation is an important part of modern project management system.Post-evaluation includes comprehensive evaluation of project decision-making process,implementation process,actual effect,external influence and so on.Based on the objective evaluation of the success or failure of the project,the post-evaluation can reveal the deficiencies in the implementation of the project,sum up the experience and lessons,provide guidance for the follow-up project,and also can provide great help for the scientific decision-making of the managers.This paper first introduces the relevant background and Research Status of Project post-evaluation,points out the necessity and scientificity of introducing project post-evaluation in Chinese enterprises,and briefly introduces the related concepts and basic methods of project post-evaluation.On this basis,this paper selects A company in the field of automotive electronics as a case study,combining the relevant literature and the company’s reality,constructs A company’s project post-evaluation index system,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the Fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation method are applied to analyze and calculate the results.Finally,the comprehensive score of the Technical Improvement Project of company a is 82.31 points,which is good overall,but there are some deficiencies in each index,exposed the cost overruns serious,slow decision-making progress,return cycle is too long,technology is not advanced four aspects of the problem.In view of these questions this article proposed the corresponding solution,the concrete measure includes strengthens the budget preparation,reduces the decision-making delay and so on.In addition,the study also summarizes the current situation of post-evaluation in company A,and points out that the company has not paid enough attention to post-evaluation,and lacks systematic support and human resources guarantee,this paper puts forward a number of suggestions to establish and improve the post-evaluation system of A company. |
