An essential part of the project cycle is carried out on the project post evaluation, post evaluation of project team improve the project investment benefit and the decision-making level of significance. The construction of power transmission project of the national power grid in China’s economic development plays an important role, therefore, in the construction of power transmission and transformation project post evaluation plays a very important role.The research object of this paper is the main evaluation of Ningdong to Shandong±660 kVDC transmission project, combined with the characteristics of transmission project, the research is carried on the present situation of project construction’s process evaluation. It discusses the related problems of project’s process post evaluation in detail, and defines the related concepts and content of transmission project’s construction process post evaluation. In the evaluation process, using the logical framework approach, with and without comparison method, the implementation process of the Ningdong to Shandong±660 DC power transmission engineering project benefit, influence, on the power system on the environment the influence of the impact on the local economy to make the post evaluation. Finally, this paper established a set of comprehensive evaluation index system.The establishment of evaluation system and the application of comprehensive evaluation method of the transmission line engineering from Ningdong to Shandong ±660 kV DC transmission project process provide scientific methods to the construction process’post evaluation system of transmission project, and conduct a meaningful exploration and attempt for the post evaluation of similar engineering construction process.
