Analysis And Application Of Spare Parts Control Methods For M Provincial Power Grid

Spare parts are the material basis to repair grid faults and ensure grid security for power companies.Scientifically and rationally storing and managing spare parts can shorten the repair time and improve the quality of repairs.Spare parts management is of great significance for building a strong power grid and realizing safe and stable operation of the power grid.On the other hand,spare parts are an important part of the lean management of grid assets.Under the premise of meeting the safe operation of the power grid,how to control the spare parts of the power grid company is a very important part of the grid asset management.The spare parts reserve quota calculation system not meeting the actual situation,the difficulty in obtaining the reserve quota estimation parameters,and the lack of effective information support means are three very important issues in M power supply grid.Therefore,this paper is aimed at the actual needs of M power grid equipment management,and how to solve the problem of spare parts management in H province power grid.Firstly,the concepts related to spare parts were summarized which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis of spare parts management of M power grid.Secondly,the requirements and configuration principles of the spare parts of the State Grid were analyzed so that to lay the foundation for the spare parts management of H province power grid.Thirdly,the six major categories of spare parts and grid spare parts management system were designed based on the analysis of the problems of spare parts management in H province power grid.Then,six major types of spare parts reserve quota calculation system were constructed according to the actual situation of the H provincial power grid which which laid a model foundation for the estimation of the rated capacity of the spare parts reserve of the H provincial power grid.Finally,the spare parts management and control system for the H provincial power grid was designed based on the above research results.The system can realize the quota requirement of the H provincial power grid spare parts reserve and the intelligent analysis of the in-and-out warehouse,which provided information for the control of the spare parts of the H provincial power grid.The research results show that: 1)The spare parts classification system and the spare parts reserve quota calculation method constructed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of spare parts management in the H province power grid;2)The spare parts control system can effectively support the leanness of the spare parts of the H provincial power grid.The research results of this paper provide the method and technical support for the spare parts management of the H province power grid,and lay the foundation for improving the safe operation management level of the H province power grid.
