manner to carry out the relevant requirements.Adequate spare parts inventory,is not only to ensure the wind turbine rush repair speed and the necessary conditions to deal with the unit emergency events,but also to ensure the safety,reliability and continuous operation of the wind farm,to ensure the equipment integrity rate and the key factor of the use of hours;Excessive spare parts inventory,not only will cause the backlog of the enterprise’s working capital,but also will cause certain damage to the life period of spare parts.How to balance the contradiction between the two inventories becomes a difficult problem to consider the management level of wind power enterprises.After rapid development in the past few years,China’s wind power industry will gradually turn to a steady development period in the future.With the increasing number of operating wind turbines and the growth of operating hours year by year,the operation and maintenance of wind power equipment will bring great pressure to the production and operation of wind power enterprises,and the reserve and supply of spare parts will directly affect the safety production and operation costs of wind power enterprises.Restricted by the production mode and operating cost,it is difficult for wind power enterprises to solve the problem of spare parts reserve by the traditional material storage method.Therefore,it is necessary for wind power enterprises to study and build a joint storage mechanism for wind power spare parts reserve.The construction of the joint reserve mechanism of spare parts for power generation enterprises has been put forward for many years.However,limited by the factors of enterprise operation and production management mechanism,market environment,technical conditions and so on,so far,few perfect cases have been put into practice.The types and technical complexity of spare parts for wind power generation are much simpler than those for thermal power generation.In addition,with the development of Internet technology and the improvement of the overall level of social logistics and distribution resources,there are complete objective conditions for the construction of joint reserve mechanism for spare parts in wind power enterprises.Nuclear group wind power company in the northwest branch of black cliff son wind from engaging in commercial operations,for its safe and effective,long-term stable operation of management,planning and implementation of the spare parts procurement plan management strategy of isolated wind farms,this strategy is mainly composed of the following purchasing plan measures,including spare parts classification management,inventory auxiliary decision system and joint purchasing application development and application of the system and unit maintenance,routine maintenance spare parts needed for special procurement planning etc.By summarizing the relevant research on supply chain and inventory management at home and abroad,as well as the relevant theories of reserve management and supply chain management,this study reads and sorts out a lot of literature on spare parts of power enterprises,analyzes the research conclusions of theories and literature in this respect,and grasps the research progress of supply chain management.From many years engaged in power production management and the experience of implementing informatization project,using field interview way of obtaining firsthand material,and research related to the company personnel,in order to get valuable research materials,in the full study nuclear group wind power supplies and production management present situation and the market supply situation,on the basis of combing the nuclear group wind power company spare parts procurement management of existing problems,including purchasing plan with actual production demand,inventory management,high operating costs and a lack of leverage with suppliers,etc.,thus points out that the isolated power spare parts purchasing management cannot meet the demand of nuclear group in wind power company now,Secondly,the reasons for the problems existing in the current spare parts are analyzed in combination with the theory,including the related calculation is still completed by manual batch work,the dynamic inventory turnover rate is relatively low,and the lack of communication and cooperation outside the enterprise.Finally,the overall solution strategy for the procurement management of spare parts by the Federal Reserve for CNNC wind power enterprises is proposed.In the aspect of constructing the Federal Reserve Reserve Plan system,the unified material classification should be optimized,the Federal Reserve management organization and document compilation should be built,and the information processing platform should be emphasized.In terms of the implementation of internal multi-power station joint reserve management,multi-power stations should establish joint reserve joint standby control mode,update the spare parts database in time,and optimize the management of knockout products in joint reserve.In terms of optimizing the supplier management system,we should establish a centralized procurement management process,form a strategic procurement supply channel,and share the joint reserve of large components with suppliers.Realize the strategic spare parts solution for China nuclear wind power industry.In this way,the purchasing cost of spare parts for each wind power plant in CNNC can be reduced,and the overall economic benefit of CNNC can be improved eventually.The research on the joint optimization of wind power spare parts inventory and transportation is a major topic.Due to the
