| With the continuous improvement of China’s total economic output and the acceleration of social development,the development of aviation industry has ushered in spring.In China’s future aviation development planning,the number of airport construction is more than 2,000,and the overall demand is large.Terminal building is the most core,key and symbolic important project in the airport system.It has the characteristics of large investment,tight construction period and high quality requirements.The project itself not only has many professional systems,airport-specific baggage system and identification system,but also has the problems of complex cross-collision of various professional systems,difficult coordination of project participants,and traditional information exchange.It is difficult to adapt to the current demand of terminal building construction with management methods.In recent years,the level of informatization in China’s construction industry has been significantly improved.BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology has played an important role in coordinating the work of all participants in the construction of terminal projects,achieving good results in saving construction costs,improving quality and shortening construction period.BIM technology started late in China.At present,there are some studies on the evaluation of BIM application efficiency and the application of BIM technology.However,the evaluation of BIM application is mostly from two dimensions: the application of BIM technology itself or the evaluation of project management effect based on BIM.Moreover,the benefit of BIM is a part of the application of BIM,and the overall evaluation of the application performance of BIM technology is seldom studied.As a result,the owners can’t objectively and systematically evaluate the comprehensive performance of BIM application in terminal building construction management,and can not provide objective and systematic improvement suggestions for the application of BIM technology in subsequent construction management.This paper combs the application points and effects of BIM in construction management by studying the relevant literature of BIM,and deeply analyses the application and characteristics of BIM technology in terminal building.Combining with the theory of project management process,the performance evaluation of BIM application can be divided into three areas: planning preparation,technology application and benefit results.Among them,planning preparation is evaluated from three aspects: implementation plan and objectives,implementation standards and organizational structure;technology application adopts adjusted BIM CMM(BIM capability maturity evaluation model);benefit evaluation index uses literature research method to establish index database,and extracts characteristic indicators of terminal buildings combined with expert interviews.Then,we select and optimize the performance evaluation index of BIM application by Delphi method,and determine the final index.Then,we divide the performance evaluation index into four dimensions: financial benefit,product result,operation management and strategic development by combining the theory of information technology benefit evaluation,construction project economic evaluation method and the influence of information technology innovation on construction industry.Final determination of BIM performance evaluation index system.Finally,by using the AHP-Extension Matter Element Evaluation Method,the BIM application is regarded as a matter element and the evaluation index of AHP is empowered to evaluate the performance of BIM application in an airport terminal project in southwest China,and the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation system are verified.Based on the results of project evaluation and practical experience,five suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of BIM application in terminal construction management.This paper establishes the performance evaluation model of BIM application in terminal building construction management from the perspective of owner.The overall analysis and evaluation of BIM application from three areas can not only measure the performance level of BIM application in terminal building construction management,but also provide objective basis for the improvement and application of BIM technology in future terminal building project construction.It can also enrich the relevant theories of BIM application performance evaluation. |
