The construction industry is China's pillar industry and plays a major role in promoting economic development and improving people's living standards.The development level of construction enterprises has a great impact on the industry.However,construction industry enterprises in China have always operated at low profit margins for a long time,corporate burdens remain high,and the development vitality of the construction industry has been adversely affected.The government attaches great importance to this and has successively introduced a number of burden-reduction measures.However,it is currently unable to achieve a reasonable judgment on the reduction effect and the change in corporate burden.There is less research on the burden assessment of construction enterprises.In order to further improve the burden assessment system for construction enterprises,it is necessary to comprehensively and rationally divide the burden level of enterprises,visually reflect the changes in various burdens to optimize the burden reduction measures,further reduce the burden on enterprises,enhance their development enthusiasm,and promote construction industry to develop more steadily.This paper firstly carried out research on the burden component of construction enterprises,including two steps.Firstly,through the literature reading,combined with the research results of predecessors,the initial classification of the enterprise burden is completed.Then use the questionnaire survey to understand the judgment of the employees of the current construction enterprises on their own burdens,and verify the rationality of the initial classification by factor analysis.Finally,the burden of construction enterprises is divided into three categories: operating cost increase burden,cost payment burden and market environmental burden.Then carry out the construction of the evaluation model of the burden of construction enterprises.Firstly,according to the results of factor analysis,the evaluation indicators are selected.Then,combined with the questionnaire data,the quota standard method is used to calculate the range of each indicator domain value,and the classification is completed.Then the entropy method is used to calculate index weights to complete the construction of the evaluation index system.Finally,combined with the extension theory,determine the object,classic domain,section and correlation function to be evaluated,calculate the correlation degree of each sub-indicator and different levels,determine the evaluation level,and complete the construction and solution of the matter-element model.Finally,this paper completes the research of empirical analysis and uses the matter-element evaluation model to evaluate the enterprise burden.This paper selects two enterprises with relatively stable development but different registration types as empirical cases,and firstly completes the conversion of indicator and the calculation of the correlation degree of single sub-indicators.Then,according to the matter-element evaluation model,the degree of association between the sub-indicators and the comprehensive indicators is calculated,and the burden level is determined.Finally,a comparative analysis is carried out to propose targeted countermeasures and recommendations based on the evaluation results.
