In the modern enterprise management,the salary system design is one of the important contents of the enterprise human resource management,which plays an important role in improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The current business competition,in the final analysis is the talent competition.Talent is the first factor in the development of an enterprise.The most concerned issues for talented individuals are to realize their own values and obtain ideal rewards.Salary is an important driving factor for employees' work motivation,and it is a commonly used tool to motivate employees.Remuneration design affects the overall performance of the enterprise.Remuneration is the recognition and expression of the individual contributions of employees.The establishment of a scientific and effective compensation system can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,give full play to their creativity and ownership,and promote the sustainable development of the company.However,with the development of the national economy,the railway transportation market has undergone significant changes.The adoption of the traditional post salary system does not coincide with the emphasis on safety management functions of railway transportation.Based on this,we need to reform the position compensation system for employees in the railway transportation sector,set up a scientific and effective salary management system,give full play to the positive incentive compensation and enhance the work efficiency on the basis of ensuring safe transportation.In addition,through the establishment of a scientific and effective compensation management system,the sense of belonging among employees in the railway transportation sector will be enhanced,employees' enthusiasm will be further stimulated,and the overall advantages of the railway transportation sector will be brought into play,laying a solid foundation for the development of the railway transportation industry.This study used a variety of compensation management diagnosis methods and tools,for Qiqihar North Train repair unit original planned economy color thick in-depth research,the present situation and problems of salary distribution system to find out the unreasonable salary distribution system structure,compensation system the external fairness is poorer,lack of compensation system in the process of establishing the worker's participation,individual awards of the various spread salary incentive oriented focus,new job personnel salary promotion the space is little,such outstanding problems as lack of incentive mechanism of leading personnel.And proposed to establish compensation administration compensation system of communication plan,implement positive incentive pay system,to set up the differential compensation system architecture,smaller individual reward program shall practise a system of year-end bonus,pay-as-you-go control total compensation expenditure,sunshine accept operation worker compensation management of democratic supervision,such as is Qiqihar North Train repair unit has been established for the first time large-scale,comprehensive compensation management research,the results of railway basic unit has practical reference value,also has a certain reference for other enterprises.
