With the changes in the global economic situation and the development of China’s economy,the development of enterprises in the post-epidemic era is facing new opportunities and challenges.Employee motivation plays an important role in improving work efficiency,improving work quality and realizing enterprise strategic goals.Hunan Architectural Design Institute Co.,Ltd.is a large and comprehensive design company with well-established management system.Its business scope covers the fields of architecture,planning,municipal design,general engineering contracting and so on.In view of the increasing turnover rate of grassroots employees and the low enthusiasm of employees in recent years,it’s necessary to discuss the causes of these problems from the perspective of management and find out solutions.Based on the theory of human resource-related incentive,through the questionnaire survey and interviews,after analyzing the problems existing in grass-roots staff incentive of Hunan Architectural Design Institute,the paper found these problems:main salary incentive is not scientific,employees’ career advancement channel is imperfect,education training mechanism is imperfect,enterprise culture did not produce actual results.Which lead to employees’ weak sense of belonging.The problems existing in the motivation of grassroots staff in Hunan Architectural Design Institute need to be improved from various aspects so that employees can closely combine their personal development with the development of the company.Specifically in the following aspects: adjusting the salary system to play the role of performance appraisal incentive guidance;improving welfare policies to improve the satisfaction and sense of belonging of grassroots employees;improving honor incentive to give full play to the power of examples;improve the staff’s career development channel by strengthening the training management of grassroots staff;give full play to the role of enterprise culture by paying attention to the grassroots staff satisfaction survey to enhance the sense of ownership of employees.The improvement of grassroots employees’ motivation is a systematic work,which needs to be standardized and implemented in a systematic way.It cannot be separated from the support and cooperation of the company’s leaders and all departments,but also requires the active participation of all employees.By improving the incentive scheme of the grassroots staff of Hunan Architectural Design Institute,it is expected to improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of the grassroots staff,reduce the turnover rate of the grassroots staff,stabilize the talent team,create more benefits for the company,and achieve the strategic development goals of the company.It can be used as a reference for other enterprises in the same industry or enterprises facing similar problems of employee incentive management.
