The coordinated management of departments emphasizes the harmonious unity and proper coordination among all departments.In the context of the transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprises,the overall competitiveness of enterprises is directly affected by the low coordination and management level of state-owned enterprises.Strengthening the guidance and control of performance on the coordination and management of departments can help improve the coordination and management level of state-owned enterprises effectively.As a state-owned port loading and unloading enterprise whose main business is coal loading and unloading,The seventh branch of Qinhuangdao Port co.,LTD has the characteristics of close connection of production processes,large coal transportation volume and large number of employees.This paper takes The seventh branch of Qinhuangdao Port co.,LTD as the research object,deeply studies the deficiencies in the coordination and management of the company's departments,and constructs a performance-oriented department coordination and management system,which has certain practical significance.Firstly,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of coordination management and performance management are sorted out,and the research methods and contents of this paper are determined to provide theoretical basis for the following discussion.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of department coordination management and performance management of The seventh branch of Qinhuangdao Port co.,LTD,puts forward the key factors affecting the department coordination management of The seventh branch of Qinhuangdao Port co.,LTD,finds out the main problems existing in the department performance management of The seventh branch of Qinhuangdao Port co.,LTD,and further establishes the relationship between department performance and coordination.Thirdly,aiming at the existing problems,the coordination and management system of departments of The seventh branch of Qinhuangdao Port co.,LTD was optimized from three aspects of organization,performance and communication to increase mutual trust and cooperation between departments.Finally,focusing on the optimization of the system,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from five aspects: supervision mechanism,cultivation of coordination consensus,reconstruction of enterprise culture,improvement of education training and enhancement of informatization construction,so as to guide enterprises to transform to a high performance work system and thus improve the overall competitiveness of the company.
