Research On The Design Of Shuidongxiangshe Homestay In Kaiyang County Under The Background Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Currently,our country is in the crucial stage of poverty alleviation,therefore,persisting in adjusting measures to local conditions for development,hierarchical and classified guidance as well as innovative practice are main measures to promote targeted poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation through tourism,meanwhile,exploring a suitable development route to poverty-stricken areas is very important and emergent,and homestay industry has become an important choice for low-income families to shake off poverty and become prosperous.This paper selects Shuidongxiangshe Homestay in Nanjiang Bouyei and Miao Village,Kaiyang County of Guizhou Province as research object,combined with successful cases of poverty alleviation homestay,such as Hawthorn Yard Homestay in Yanqing District of Beijing,Xueshan Renjia Homestay in Baoxing County of Sichuan Province,Mamahua Hillside Homestay in Laishui County of Hebei Province and Bayu Homestay in Chengkou County of Chongqing,bases on perspective of design subject and orientates at design-based poverty alleviation,adopts means of historical and text analysis,semi-structure interview,behavior investigation,field observation and questionnaire to focus on research on homestay design strategy under the background of targeted poverty alleviation,relies on case study and comprehensive comparison to form suitable opinions and conclusion.Firstly,this paper explores related theories of homestay design under the background of targeted poverty alleviation,sorts out basic concept of targeted poverty alleviation,definition,characteristics and design theory architecture of poverty alleviation homestay,and conducts comparative analysis on successful poverty alleviation homestay cases.Secondly,this research introduces the development situation of homestay in Guizhou and construction background of Shuixiangdongshe homestay project,designs questionnaire for investigation and statistics thus to provide help andguidance for case analysis.Thirdly,the author selects four homestays of Jiuting Yuexi,Yanju,Lianxiangju and Xiangju Xiaoxie as key objects,bases on homestay hardware design,involving site relationship,function space,architecture style,site memory,indoor display and visual recognition system,and homestay software design,involving experience activity,sales and industrial linkage,to conduct deep analysis and summarize corresponding characteristics.Finally,this research conduct analysis from aspects of environment recognition,environment design and post-environment evaluation,proposes homestay design principle and specific design methods under the background of targeted poverty alleviation.Hope this research can provide help and thoughts for construction and development of poverty alleviation homestay.
