Application Research On Cost Control Of Construction Project Based On BIM Technology

At present,the construction industry has become an important part of economic growth.In recent years,its industrial scale is expanding day by day.Correspondingly,there are also some contradictions between the improvement of production level and the rapid growth of the construction industry.In the 21 st century,the innovation of electronic information technology and the transformation of architectural construction concepts and technologies have attracted great attention in the construction industry with the new construction theory of Building Information Modeling(BIM).BIM can ensure the relative intuition of cost control,avoid and control engineering changes,which is a historic change for engineering construction.As a three-dimensional model,BIM highly integrates construction management information.It is of great significance to improve the level of construction management and cost control by using information technology to reform the work flow and organizational structure.There are also remarkable progress in BIM research at home and abroad.BIM technology is also widely used in many large-scale projects.For construction projects,cost control is relatively critical,and it is quite prominent in engineering projects.Reasonable cost control can bring remarkable results in economy,progress and quality.Based on literature review,this paper uses BIM technology to analyze project cost control.At the same time,it is emphasized that BIM technology is not only a cutting-edge production tool,but also an information medium that gradually replaces drawings with multi-dimensional models,so that the traditional model based on drawings can be changed to model-based,and the overall intelligence level of engineering construction can be improved from the source.Based on the above background,this paper attempts to introduce BIM technology into the construction project cost to evaluate the rationality of its improvement progress and quality,labor saving,time saving and other costs.The main structure of this paper: chapter 1: introduction.The research background and the research progress at home and abroad are emphasized.Chapter 2: BIM technology and related theories.This paper introduces the definition and related theories of BIM technology,such as the basic attributes of BIM technology and the established theoretical system.Chapter 3: construction project cost control platform based on BIM technology.This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the investment,design,construction and operation of construction projects,and summarizes the relevant problems in the application.Chapter 4: a practical case is introduced to model the improved BIM cost control,and the improvement effect is discussed from the aspects of investment,design,construction and operation,forming a theory.Chapter 5: conclusion.The conclusion of this paper is presented and the prospect of the following research direction is made.
