Research Of Landscape Design In Residential Area Based On Five-dimensional Landscape

With the development of the times,the competition in the real estate landscape industry has become increasingly fierce,the environmental style of residential areas has diversified,and the environmental quality has been continuously improved.The five-dimensional landscape,as an emerging design concept of the residential area landscape industry,promotes the development of the residential area environment in the direction of humanization,quality and sustainability.The research in this paper summarizes the landscape elements of the residential area by collecting and reading various literatures of the relevant residential area landscape,and summarizes the beneficial effects and application of the residents in the five-dimensional space perspective.Secondly,through field case studies.The method is to conduct a case study on various residential projects in Beijing,and summarize the practical application of the five-dimensional landscape elements in the residential area.Finally,follow the literature and case studies to summarize the contents as the design guiding ideology for the Beijing Old Palace.The design plan of the residential area of a certain block in the town is proposed,and the five-dimensional landscape elements are reasonably planned and applied according to the actual situation.Through the study on the landscape design practice of a residential area in Jiugong Town,Beijing,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The space formed by the natural elements interacts with each other to form an ecological dimension,which is applied to the seasonal design of the plant design and time dimension of the spatial dimension to form an excellent landscape effect;in addition,the sustainable development of natural elements allows them to It can cope with the challenges brought by the natural environment,and the landscape elements involved include recessed green space,rain garden,roof greening,vertical greening and water landscape.2.In the space formed by soft and hard scenes,residents enhance their physical and mental health through perception and participation,and form a healthy dimension.The landscape elements involved include rehabilitation landscape and various activity spaces(sports field,fitness equipment,slow walking trails).Wait).3.Residents and residents form a communication dimension through activities such as activities,communication,and contact in the space formed by soft scenes and hard scenes.The landscape elements involved include children's activity space,square space,hydrophilicspace,and turf tree array plants.Space,pavilion landscape sketches,etc.4.Residents in the space formed by soft and hard scenes,through the use,feel the convenience,care and service brought by the environmental space,forming a care dimension,involving people and vehicles diversion and road design,barrier-free design,fire protection design,lighting Design,logo design,service facility applications,etc.5.Residents in the space formed by soft scenes and hard scenes,through the appreciation and perception of the polished high-quality living environment and artistic conception,forming a refined dimension,involving the application of landscaping techniques,serialization of cultural landscape sequences,landscape decoration,Landscape of engineering facilities,etc.The five-dimensional landscape elements are widely used in the landscape of residential areas.Although the residential areas will be limited by various factors such as site,style and cost,the application of the elements will be changed and changed,but the application of the five-dimensional landscape is guaranteed to serve the residents.It can be accepted by environmental users and become a qualified residential area landscape.
