User-friendly Design Of The Landscape Environment In The Residential Area In Beijing

The era of information explosion has led to the dual needs of the people’s materiallife and spiritual life. In this context, it is no longer the demand for residentialrequirements that previously emphasized the architectural design alone units andinterior decoration effect. The clarity of the concept of landscape and the requirementfor the outdoor living environment also make the landscape environment "forced" fromthe the extensive way of growing grass and planting trees to outdoor fine interiordecoration. At the same time, the modern high-speed construction makes the quality ofthe environment in the living quarters get more and more attention. A large number ofexcellent architects and developers are doing active exploration. Beijing, as the NationalDesign industry leader, has been improved continuously in the planning and design ofthe residential area, emerging a large number of outstanding design work. However, alarge number of development and construction has also led to the emergence of avariety of problems, and how to make the environmental quality of the living quarters,user-friendly design fall into the real pressing issue becomes an urgent subject.The main object of study is the excellent residential area in Beijing. The author hasstudied a lot of research instances of the local residential area, using the researchmethods of the perceptual subjective observation interviews, rational theoretical dataanalysis to study the landscape planning system of the residential area in Beijing such ascultural structure, function space, green transportation. The author also uses a morescientific system analysis and explores more appropriate ways for the environmentaldesign of the residential area, providing guidance reference to the design professionalsto design relative studies.In the last part of the article, the author uses the project practice to verify theoperability and general applicability of this method, hoping that the summarized landscape environmental point of view and methods of Beijing residential area in thenew era can help increase the public awareness and impprove the design practitioners,in order to make a useful contribution to create the practivce of the true sense ofhumanized living quarters.
