Research On The Development Path Of China's Pharma Hub Airport

With the advancement of technology and rising demand,the market for temperature-sensitive drugs and biologics has great potential.At the same time,on the basis of the separation of passengers and goods,airport freight has become more focused on the trend of specialized division of labor.As an important node in air pharmaceutical logistics,the development of pharma hub airports plays a vital role in the safe transportation of pharmaceutical products and the development of the international pharmaceutical market.It also plays an important role in the construction of specialized airports in China.First of all,based on the research of related literatures,the definition of aviation pharmaceutical logistics and pharma hub airports are defined,and by studying the international medical hub airport and summarizes its development experience,an indicator system consisting of six primary indicators and 15 secondary indicators including the secondary indicators is identified.Secondly,using the interpret structure model method to construct the explanatory structure model of the influencing factors of the development route of China's pharma hub airport,and analyzes the mechanism of the influencing factors on the development path of China's pharma hub airport through the model.Thirdly,on the basis of explaining the hierarchical classification of structural models,combined with the cross-matrix influence multiplication method,it divides the four stages of the development of China's pharma hub airport: the policy guiding stage,functional improvement stage,airport certification stage and hub formation stage.According to the different stages of the initial stage,the three alternative routes of China's pharma hub airports and the types of airports to which the three routes are applicable are proposed.Finally,the specific content of the four stages of the development path of China's medical hub airport is formulated and the key tasks at each stage are given.
