With the rapid development of Chinese civil aviation industry in recent years,the demand for aircraft maintenance by civil aircraft manufacturers will further increase.At the same time,with the development of aircraft systems in the direction of automation,multifunctionalization and structural complexity,the previous initial maintenance plan of civil aircraft systems have been unable to meet today’s diverse maintenance needs.As one of the important influencing factors for the company’s operating costs and economic benefits,the formulation and implementation of the initial preventive maintenance plan documents also determine whether the civil aircraft manufacturers can improve their competitiveness in the global sales market.In the paper,the combinatorial optimization problem of preventive maintenance tasks in civil aircraft systems is studied deeply,and the corresponding optimization model algorithm is established.With the goal of minimizing the maintenance cost of component in civil aircraft and the reliability as the constraint,an incomplete preventive maintenance task optimization model was constructed,so as to obtain the optimal preventive maintenance task strategy for each component.On this basis,the introduction of opportunistic maintenance thought,and the component opportunistic maintenance reliability threshold is used as the objective model optimization variable.The various maintenance tasks are combined and optimized according to the time correlation and structural correlation between maintenance tasks in the civil aircraft system.Building with incomplete opportunity preventive maintenance single objective and multi-objective optimization model with the target of minimizing unit time cost rate and maximizing availability.The model uses adaptive mutation particle swarm optimization(AM-PSO),which is generated by introducing the adaptive inertia weight factor and mutation operator into the traditional particle swarm algorithm.The above-mentioned target model with multivariable,non-linear global optimization problems can be more accurately optimized and solved.Using the actual maintenance data of civil aircraft ’s a certain type of engine backstepping control and indication system,the feasibility verification and results comparison analysis of the single-objective and multi-objective optimization models established in the paper are conducted,and formulating the initial opportunity preventive maintenance plans for the civil aircraft system that meets the requirements of the corresponding objectives.The paper aims at the maintenance cost and availability optimization model constructed by the civil aircraft system,and formulates a reasonable initial system preventive maintenance strategy method based on the maintenance task combination.All of these provide a certain theoretical method support for the research and application of maintenance task cost control and resource allocation of civil aircraft systems for the civil aircraft manufacturers.
