With the development of economy,science and technology,the economic activities of enterprises are no longer limited to their own country or a certain region.The development of group companies and multinational companies has spread all over the world.For these companies,how to strengthen the financial management and control of branches or subsidiaries as well as different business units and reduce the cost of enterprise financial management has become a major issue in the process of their company management.The goal of the company's financial management is to reduce the cost of operation and management as much as possible on the basis of ensuring profits.The emergence of the concept of shared services has rapidly met the development needs of this large enterprise,and the financial sharing center has also emerged as a new and different financial management model from any previous financial management model,slowly accepted and applied by large enterprises,be favored by more and more enterprise groups.By standardizing the internal business process of the company,the financial sharing center will centralize the repetitive and trivial financial work and reallocate the human resources reasonably,so as to avoid the phenomenon of repeated work of the financial staff.The emergence of financial sharing model not only improves the efficiency of the enterprise,but also reduces the operating cost of the enterprise through the refinement and reengineering of the internal business process.Group D is a transnational group with a history of one hundred years.It has established financial sharing centers in different regions of the world,and the financial sharing center in China have been established for more than ten years,basically achieving standardization.On the basis of analyzing the background and significance of the research,first of all,this paper reviews the related research,and then introduces the related concepts and theory basis of the financial sharing center.This paper focuses on the study of Group D,a multinational corporation,introduces the operation of Group D's Financial sharing Center in China,and focuses on the analysis of itsexisting problems,as well as its business process and customer service.Finally,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward from the aspects of business process,customer service,information system optimization and employee management.Since the establishment of the Financial sharing Center in China,Group D has achieved remarkable results.The financial sharing center is a kind of financial management model to enhance the collective value of the enterprise and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and it is the inevitable choice for the development of the enterprise to the whole world.Many large enterprises in China are now experimenting with the financial management model of financial sharing center,but the financial sharing center is a process that needs continuous optimization.The group needs to build its own financial sharing center according to its own characteristics.This paper takes Group D as the research object,hoping to make up for the shortcomings of the previous case study.It also provides reference to the group companies in China that are running or preparing to build a financial sharing center.
