With the development of economic globalization and economic integration,more and more multinational and cross-regional enterprise groups have emerged and developed.However,internationalization and regionalization often lead to the expansion of enterprises,scattered business locations,and diverse organizations.Many problems such as complex information communication,these changes often lead to increased requirements for the accuracy and effectiveness of the data required for decision support.At this time,the decision-making layer relies more on the role played by the finance department,requiring the finance department to make strategic decisions.Provide more comprehensive,real-time,accurate data support information,as well as feasible decision-making advice.In this context,the Financial Shared Service Center came into being in the Western Enterprise Group in the early 1980 s and was widely used and proven to be significant.Later,more and more enterprise groups in China introduced the management model of financial shared services.However,many group companies did not achieve the desired results after implementing the financial shared service center,and various problems occurred during the operation.Therefore,the construction and operation of the financial shared service center cannot completely copy the Western model,and must be combined with the specific situation of the enterprise itself.Especially in recent years,with the advanced information technology of Dazhi Yunyun gradually deepening into the construction of financial sharing,it puts forward new requirements for the further development of financial sharing service operation.Therefore,in the era of Dazhi Yunyun,how to optimize the operation of the financial sharing service center that keeps pace with the times and meets the development requirements of the company has become a top priority.This paper takes XX Group as the case study object,through research and analysis of the existing problems in the operation and management of XX Group Financial Shared Service Center,mainly including the sharing mode is not suitable for the current development requirements;the organization is not reasonable;the business process is not perfect;the information system lags Performance and employee management are unscientific;risk control is not in place.In response to its existing problems,based on the advanced information technology of Dazhi Yunyun,specific optimization strategies are proposed.Provide reference for the optimization of XX Group and its similar enterprises.
