| The prevalence rate of pelvic floor dysfunction in middle-aged women and postpartum women is quite high,especially the quantity of the patients who suffer from pressure urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse is largest.The pelvic floor dysfunction has already become one of the five diseases which affect women’s health at the present times.Due to the poor awareness of the disease and the sense of shame to tell other people,only a few patients go to the hospital to see the doctors.Therefore,this kind of disease has a serious impact on patient’s daily life and physical and mental health.This instrument is designed for the pelvic floor dysfunction,including the hardware system,patient’s mobile client,remote server and the doctor’s mobile phone and computer client.This design builds the diagnosis channel between patient and doctor.The data collected by the hardware system is sent to the patient’s mobile client via Bluetooth and then uploaded to the remote server through the mobile internet.The doctor can view the data through the doctor’s mobile phone or computer client and upload the treatment plans and diagnostic reports.Finally,patients can complete the treatment after download these files.Biofeedback therapy and electrical stimulation therapy,the methods adopted by our instrument,are the most effective methods to treat pelvic floor dysfunction.Also,the electrical stimulation therapy in this instrment has built many standard parameters for specific diseases.Compared with other diagnostic and therapy instrument,this system greatly reduces the treatment cost.At the same time the design of the Glazer EMG assessment program is able to complete the automatic diagnosis of EMG and pressure signals,informing the patients with the recent recovery of pelvic floor muscle.With the development of medical equipment towards mobile internet and household miniaturization,the household diagnosis and therapy instrument of pelvic floor muscle therapy apparatus based on mobile internet has broad application prospects,which is in line with the future development direction of household medical equipment.This instrument has the characteristics of portability,low cost,abundant functions and privacy protection,and also can achieve the remote diagnosis and treatment. |
