China has a large population base and a large number of rhinitis patients.Chinese traditional medicine is extensive,profound,and has a long history.As a traditional Chinese medicine treatment,hot compress therapy can be used to treat rhinitis,helping to warm the meridians,unblock the pulse,and unblock the nasal cavity.It can achieve the effect of relieving rhinitis and stuffiness.Acupuncture and moxibustion is also a traditional Chinese medicine therapy,and hyperthermia combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can often achieve better physiotherapy effect.In the medical field,physiotherapy products with the function of hot compress or acupuncture and moxibustion are constantly developing,making important contributions to improving the overall health of human beings.However,at present,there are few physical therapy products that combine the above two functions to treat rhinitis,and there are problems such as inconvenient operation and lack of intelligence.If the combination of hot compress and acupuncture and moxibustion can be used to relieve rhinitis and nasal congestion,it can improve the competitiveness of products to a certain extent,meet more needs of users,and bring more possibilities for rapid and effective relief of rhinitis and nasal congestion.Based on the above,a convenient physical therapy product that can alleviate rhinitis and nasal congestion needs to be developed urgently.Based on hot compress therapy,combined with wireless electronic pulse technology,this paper designs a physiotherapy product that can use both hot compress function and acupuncture and moxibustion function for users suffering from rhinitis and nasal congestion.This product has the characteristics of wireless use,easy operation,and high portability.In the design derivation stage,QFD and TRIZ theories are used to create an integrated model of QFD and TRIZ,which is used as the theoretical basis for design.Firstly,collect user needs through the PDS product design specification method,and then use the QFD method to derive the key needs and key technical features of the target user.Then,use TRIZ to invent problem solving theory to find solutions to the problem.Apply the obtained user needs,technical characteristics,and conflict resolution methods to product design based on hot compress therapy to alleviate rhinitis and nasal congestion.Through the derivation of theoretical models of QFD and TRIZ,it is concluded that the key needs of target users of physiotherapy apparatus are: stability of hot acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint prompt,accurate acupoint,wireless use,ergonomics,easy operation and mobile phone control.Through the roof analysis of HOQ Quality House,it is concluded that there are three pairs of negatively correlated technical conflicts in the physical therapy instrument.They are: power consumption and voice and timing alerts,location detection and low-cost technology,cleaning modules and low-cost technology,which can be solved using periodic alerts,pre operation,and segmentation principles.In the research phase of design elements,it was determined that the wearing form of the physiotherapy instrument could be designed as an elastic belt type.Through CMF analysis,it was determined that the soft material part was made of silicone material,and the conductive patch was made of adhesive material.Integrate the above into the design process,and ultimately complete the design of a physical therapy instrument based on hot compress therapy to alleviate rhinitis and nasal congestion.
