Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is a common gynecological clinical disease, which refers to the inflammation of female genitalia, surrounding connective tissue, and pelvic peritoneum. The disease is recurrent and difficult to cure. Because now the sexually transmitted diseases spread widely and the applications of intrauterine device increase , the incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease becomes higher year by year. Especially the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can cause infertility and increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy, but at present there is no exact treatment. Therefore prevention and treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has attracted increasing attention of people and become the subject of medical attention.Physical therapy study is to examine the role of physical factors in the application in order to improve the health of the human body, prevention and treatment of diseases, the promotion of the body after disease recovery, anti-aging and other specialized disciplines. A variety of physical factors such as: electric, magnetic, optical, ultrasonic, heat, pressure acting on the human body, can improve the body's self-regulating effect, to improve the nutritional function of the body, strengthen the body energy reserves, increasing the body to adapt to function and strengthen the body defense function, strengthen the body's repair functions.Clinic indicates that the effect of a simple drug therapy is not very satisfactory. But with drug therapy and the physiotherapy equipment, the effect is very obvious. However, the clinical method is generally a single physical therapy, the patient can be easily adaptable to this single way so that the therapeutic effect is affected. Based on overcoming the above disadvantages, this topic has taken a comprehensive treatment program using electric, thermal, magnetic, massage and other physical factors, and developed a pelvic inflammatory disease therapeutic apparatus which is suitable for domestic use. This paper describes mostly the development process of the instrument. The instrument is based on 89C52 single-chip controller, including temperature controlled system, the waveform output of treatment system and single-chip microcomputer system. Temperature controlled system keeps the treatment probe homeothermic and provides constant temperature therapy for patients. The waveform output of treatment system mainly outputs waveform and provides electrotherapy for patients. Single-chip microcomputer system implements human-computer interaction among the keyboard, display and remote control. Taking into account the body's adaptability, the system makes permutation and combination in order to change the treatment waveform. The instrument's software uses C language, all in accordance with modular programming that is conducive to upgrading of the instrument in feature. Combined with the relevant circumstances of the apparatus, this paper conducts a preliminary discussion on, and further the corresponding solution to the single-chip microcomputer system of the common interference problems.This article focuses on three aspects. The first is the constant temperature control hyperthermia system, from its hardware circuit, the principles and methods of temperature control, as well as the final experimental temperature control system testing, all give a detailed description and analysis. Use DS18B20 as temperature sensor, through the SCR to control the status of heat. And the SCR is controlled by SCM. Temperature control system is a closed-loop control process, the system non-stop through the temperature sensor the temperature of the sample probe of the temperature compared with the pre-set temperature, in accordance with the algorithm must get a result, by the results of the probe to determine the heat The fever silk, the system temperature to gradually rise, until the rise to the set value, the system temperature to stabilize.Second aspect is the diversity of the output waveform, from the hardware circuit of the waveform output, the diversity of skills for the output waveform, as well as the final testing about output of the waveform, all give a detailed description and analysis. System select an approach for setting up a prescription, through a variety of prescriptions, 9 basic waveforms through different combinations of different frequency, repeat the number of different waveforms and different pulse repetition frequency of the mixed output to the output waveform of a variety of purposes, waveform diversity to meet the requirements of the treatment to overcome the problems brought about by human adaptability. Finally, one of a prescription as an example, the results of the output waveform tested to meet the requirements of the output waveform diversity.Third aspect is about system interference analysis and treatment approach, and give the appropriate way to deal with the debug apparatus interference arising in the course of an analysis, for some interference, because of system capacity limitations and my limitations, they need to be further analysis. Some interference solution has yet to be verified or study gradually in the future. Anti-jamming is a complex system about engineering electronic equipment system. Taking into account the equipment itself and the complex environment in which equipment and other factors, the system is the source of the interference on many fronts, and probably also associated with each other, so the total elimination of interference is a difficult task, many want to spend time and effort. In this paper, we only do a simple analysis about source of interference and interference treatment.The home-based instrument for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease which is described in the paper applies an intracavity probe, so that the probe can go direct to lesions and treatment becomes better. Equipped with remote control functions makes it easy to use. During the process of designing, with taking into account the portable features and reducing the equipment's size, finally the designed device is small in size, light in weight, user-friendly and very convenient to use for patients.
