As Global low carbon trends and the need for clean energy development,the nuclear power energy is the best choice for all mankind.The quality and reliability of nuclear power plant equipment decide whether the nuclear power plant can operate safely in its life cycle,and it is also the subject that the nuclear power equipment supplier pays attention to and studies.It is of great significance for quality control of nuclear power steam turbine to carry out quality control and research on GPV system equipment of nuclear power steam turbine.Low pressure steam turbine rotors,steam turbine blades and reheat valves are the most important equipment in the nuclear steam turbine GPV system,the related quality problems occurred in the company earlier is well represented in the GPV system quality problems of nuclear steam turbine.In this article,three quality incidents of the major steam turbine GPV system equipment were analyzed,and the corresponding quality control measures were put forward.In the quality case of low pressure rotor of human error events,using the factor analysis method to find the essential factor,that is employees' nuclear safety awareness is not strong,the risk prevention is not put in place.Then puts forward the corresponding quality control measures against the essential factor.In the quality case of deformation in blade machining,using the causal analysis method from six aspects including human,machine,material,regulation,environment and measurement to find the essential factor,that is heat treatment out of control in raw materials production.Then put forward the corresponding quality control measures against the essential factor.In the quality case of jam fault in the reheat valve operation,using the expert analysis and investigation method to find the essential factor,that is existing some foreign matter in valve's internal body.Then put forward the corresponding quality control measures against the essential factor.Based on the research of the quality management of GPV system in nuclear steam turbine,then using the system diagram method to find the quality management deficiency and the quality management improvement in GPV system of nuclear steam turbine.That should be carried out from two aspects,the first is through detailed operating procedures and propagation and implement the nuclear safety culture to reduce human error to improve the quality of homemade equipment;the second is through the supplier evaluation to promote supply chain management,strengthening quality process supervision to improve the quality of purchased materials.In this article,six Sigma quality management tools are applied to analyze the root cause of quality issue,and quality control measures are discussed.Through the implement of quality improvement measures to avoid quality problems,and then to enhance the level of quality management of the whole GPV system in nuclear steam turbine in company S.Also this article can provide reference method for the company to deal with other equipment quality problems including the quality cases analysis and processing and improving the production quality of the equipment.
