This paper’s content is modeling and simulation of the steam turbine governing system in nuclear power units. The steam turbine governing system is an important part of conventional island accessory system, it ensures that the steam to safety and controlled way into the steam turbines, and it ensures that coordinate effective nuclear power plant operation, and it ensures that the steam turbine parts does not lose from the mechanical and thermal stress. Based on deep study on the governing system theory, characteristics and function of the turbine, this paper uses the ANPS-1000simulation system, which provides module and divides the GRE system from different parts to modeling for graphic configuration based on modular modeling, take Da Ya Bay nuclear power station980MW unit GRE system as the object, to develop nuclear power station980MW unit simulation machine GRE system simulation model. The model included speed control, frequency control, load control, stress control, HP inlet pressure control, fast run back, valve bias, valve reinstate, on load valve test, excess speed limit and acceleration limit etc. ANPS-1000simulation system of the Baoding Sinosimu technology Co.Ltd is introduced. The simulation study which include the turbine speed increment, load control, load run back, over speed test, on load valve test is ccomplished on the ANPS-1000simulation system, and it to realize the control of the simulator quality provides a reliable guarantee. Nuclear power units is domestic electric power system occupies more and more important position, the simulation models of GRE system introduced in this article can be used as a platform for optimizing operation, enhancing performance and diagnosing faults.
