The steam turbine unit of nuclear power station has the characteristics of large capacity,high thermal parameters and high safety requirements,which makes the safety requirements of the nuclear power turbine unit particularly harsh.From the angle of the logic of trip system and the fail-safety of over speed protect system,this paper regards the 1000MW nuclear steam turbine as the object and combines the practical engineering application of the safety control system and analyses the over speed fault,which has great research sig-nificance and practical significance to enhance the fail-safety of nuclear power steam turbine.The following innovative achievements have been achieved in this paper:(1)Design the logic block of steam turbine fault-safety control system.And provide basis for the localization development of those functional blocks.(2)Construct the simulation model for emergency trip system of steam tur-*bine.The simulation results are analyzed to verify the fail-safety of the system.(3)Carry out the qualitative and quantative analysis of over speed fault.And the most important portion for the reliability of the speed protection trip is found.Reducing the occurrence probability of these factors can improve the reliability and fail-safety of the system.
