In the nuclear power plant design,the electrical discipline should manage a large amount of equipment design information,the interfaces and complex system design work.The current commercial electrical design software tools in the market are simple to some extent and not strong enough to fulfill such complex and detailed requirements.A general electrical design platform suitable for the 3rd generation nuclear power plant is supposed to be developed with urgent need.Based on the study of the USA advanced nuclear software system and the summary of the nuclear power plant electrical design flows and theories,the thesis completed the platform function requirement analysis in all aspects.The thesis also established the database suitable for the nuclear power plant project to achieve the data sharing between different function blocks.The thesis has successfully built a general plant electrical design platform and shown design application suitable for the passive series nuclear power plant,including functions of design input information management,electrical system design,connection diagram design,cable routing etc.Furthermore,the platform was able to achieve the equipment and interface information management,which could enhance the uniform of the engineering design,equipment interface and project management,and also enhance the designers work efficiency and quality of the electrical system drawing. |
