Study On The Operational Mechanism Of QC Team For Optimize The Quality Of New Vehicle Pre-series Project

Nowadays passenger automobile industry are facing fierce competition,the requirement of new product as same as the desire of quality from consumer are rising with the days,which claim auto manufacture company declare the period of new model project and improve quality level in the same time.But quality optimization is always the bottleneck in the new model project pre-series stage.In order to meet the requirement above,a new quality optimization working mechanism of automobile enterprise must be established so as to make quality optimize quickly.In this paper,the basic theory of quality management and the quality optimization of new models are firstly been researched,as well as the process of automobile vehicle project management.Influential factors of quality problem existing in car development project are been studied with the Pareto chart analysis method.The corresponding QC group structure should be set up to deal with the status quo of the quality optimization management in the batch preparation phase.Secondly,on the basis of the method of on-site QC team,the work mechanism including the goal setting,the problem selection,the problem analysis,the measure establishment,the effectiveness tracking and the process monitoring are established for the quality optimization team.So that to achieve the quality of optimization of closed-loop control.Then,in order to improve the efficiency of the quality problem of high-risk and resource-demand,the escalation mechanism of QC group problem is established and the quality problem of high-risk and resource-demand is promoted rapidly.The research results of this paper have been successfully applied in the VW250 model project,and the quality of the project has been improved and the efficiency of the quality optimization has been improved after the implementation of the QC group mechanism remind in the research.Through the operation mechanism of the QC team,the ZP8 Audit quality class of the quality evaluation index reached 1.4,which was 0.2 quality class better than that of the previous project,when the project cycle was even shortened by 3 months.In this paper,the operation mechanism of the QC group is a standardized model of the quality of the project to optimize the management model has a promotional value of extend.
