Research On Quality Management Of Residential Construction Project Under EPC Mode

The construction market competition is becoming increasingly fierce in China, the construction quality standards are constantly improving, Construction project quality management require more sophisticated and systematic. For large state-owned construction unit, how to comprehensively improve the level of construction project quality management, create a safe and civilized green construction environment to adapting to the international EPC management mode, are the difficuties and key points placed in front of the Ministry of state-owned companies and project department. So construction enterprise quality management methods and modes also need to improve with current trends and patterns?This paper study the founded background, the construction of the content, quality management problems of a group residential project using a group residential project of C22 as a case, combine with the knowledge and method of the project system quality management. From the view of design quality control and construction site quality control, this study improves the quality planning, quality control and quality assurance system of C22 construction project respectively, synthetically using PDCA cycle method, cause and effect diagram method and other methods of project quality management, which elaborates in the order of pre-project quality control phase, construction process phase and project tracking control phase.This paper uses the quality control of group residential project under EPC mode as research object. Through quality management research and on-site large community of engineering examples, this study form a quality control system of group residential house project and a set of quality management methods which are normalization, standardization, institutionalization, process-oriented and operationalization and applied directly to the group housing project.
