Study On Feasibility Of The Open Old Community Farming In Changsha

In recent years,environmental pollution,shortages of resources such as food and land,food safety incidents,indifferent interpersonal relations,and children's “natural aphasia” crisis have become prominent.In addition,old community renewal has also attracted attention.Community farms,as one of the community micro update methods,have both economic,ecological,and social benefits.They can effectively activate old communities and help build a resource-saving,environment-friendly society.There are many research findings and cases related to community farms in foreign countries,but most of them are spontaneous planting activities in China.Therefore,the feasibility of studying community farms is of great significance to its development.This article studies the feasibility of the open old community farms in Changsha through literature research method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method and key case analysis method,based on the micro-update theory and sustainable design theory.The main contents are as follows:(1)Comprehensive research on the development of community farms at home and abroad and related theories,analyzing the typical cases of Baicaoyuan and Jiucun Meiyuan.Therefore,a preliminary understanding of the development status,positive significance,and practicality of community farms has laid a theoretical foundation and provided realistic evidence for the development of this research.(2)Through on-the-spot investigations,it was learned that Changsha's open and old communities were planted.This provided a certain amount of labor and practical support for the development of agricultural parks,and the introduction of farms could effectively solve the impact of residents' planting activities on community image,land disputes,and the environment.Problems such as pollution;hrough questionnaires,it was learned that 96% of residents supported the introduction of community farms.Based on the findings of the investigation and analysis of supporting resources such as policy,technology,space,labor force,professional teams,and funds,it has been concluded that Changsha's open and old community farms have certain feasibility.(3)An on-site and questionnaire survey was conducted on the “Kids Garden” in the Yiyuan Community of Hunan Agricultural University.It was learned that the residents had high support for it and the opinions of the general residents put forward suggestions for the construction and operation of the farm.Based on the research findings and analysis of space,technology,labor,professional teams,funding,and other supporting resources,we have obtained the inspiration of Doll “Kids Garden” i Farm from the open old community farms in Changsha City,including the construction of ecological compost,rain gardens,and edible landscapes.,and students and residents to participate in the establishment of WeChat public number and popular science systems,multi-channel access to operating funds and other operational and management implications.(4)Through investigation,it was learned that Changsha's open old community farm development has advantages such as superior traffic conditions,rich point-like linear public space,and strong sense of community belonging.There are also obstacles such as lack of professional organizations,funding issues,residents' restrictions,land ownership issues,and security issues.Comprehensive survey results and literature suggest that cooperation with professional teams,rational use of resources,increase government support and guidance,improve the community operation and maintenance system,and increase public participation and other suggestions.Based on some open old communities in Changsha City,this study has concluded that Changsha's open old community has a certain degree of feasibility and proposes development strategies for the development of community farms.In order to provide new ideas for the renewal of old and open communities in Changsha and promote the sound development of community farms.
