Study On The Applicable Open Model Of Urban Community In Xi'an

With the issuance of the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction" by the Central State Council of the CPC in 2016,the words "Block System" and "Open Community" became the focus of hot discussion.With "Narrow road,dense road" proposed,open community has a new development opportunities,which is the future direction of local government building.Therefore,taking the policy as the breakthrough point and the urban built-up area of Xi'an as the scope,it starts from the case analysis,summarizing its open mode,selecting the typical case of open communities in Xi'an for research,combined with the questionnaire analysis of residents' willingness to open and their satisfaction,to explore the urban community suitability open model for the development of community to provide references.Based on the practice of open communities,this paper summarizes the types,the results,the constraints and the space shape of open communities,and explores the causes and spatial settlements.The paper analyzes the status quo and the openness of the community in Xi'an by means of sample survey.Thirdly,the characteristics of the four types of open settlements are analyzed and summarized.Residents' willingness to open and its influencing factors,and to compare the living satisfaction of four open communities,and to extract the community with the highest degree of residential satisfaction.Finally,through the design of environmental design strategy,spatial system construction strategy and block unit design strategy of open community,the author puts forward some suggestions on the development of open settlements in Xi'an,and simulates the open optimization strategy of existing settlements in Xi'an.It is hoped that through the study of this subject,we will provide a suitable open mode for the development of urban communities in Xi'an,reduce the negative effects of the overgated communities and bring the positive effect of open community,and promote the Interactive integration development of urban and the community.
