The development and progress of the times,for the scientific and technological innovation and technological reform requirements are getting higher and higher,under the new economic background,for the development of enterprises,technological innovation has gradually become a key factor in determining the success or failure of enterprises.The rise of the automotive industry,to some extent,cutting-edge technology and technological innovation is a driving force,in particular,can also see the importance of enterprise technology innovation.The key to innovation in the talent,in the enterprise,for the management of professional and technical personnel has become the current automotive industry,human resources management in the top priority,the efficiency of the backbone of the technical incentive mechanism has become an important factor affecting the loss of business talent The The research on the incentive mechanism of technical backbone must be one of the key research topics in the future.This paper takes the situation of the technology backbone incentive mechanism of Guangzhou Automobile Research Institute as the research object.On the basis of combing the relevant theories,firstly,through the form of questionnaire survey,the demand and incentive status of the technology backbone of Guangzhou Automobile Research Institute are analyzed in depth.Through the analysis,it is found that technological backbone has the most urgent demand for environmental support,strong business achievement and self-development needs,relatively weak demand for salary,welfare and job autonomy;compared with other demand factors,technological backbone has the highest degree of satisfaction for environmental support,but its demand for this factor is still far less than the urgency of demand for this factor.Most of the sub-elements of demand are not fully met.Secondly,based on the above analysis results,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of incentive mechanism from five aspects: environment support,business achievement,self-development,salary and welfare,and work autonomy.In terms of environmental support,we should create a good corporate culture,establish a fair and just performance appraisal system and foster a good team cooperation atmosphere;in terms of business achievements,we should build channels for staff promotion and increase the sense of technical backbone business achievement;in terms of self-development,we should launch technical backbone continuing education support plan,formulate technical backbone special training plan and design for technical backbone.In terms of salary and welfare,we should optimize the salary system of technological backbone and improve the welfare policies of technological backbone;in terms of work autonomy,we should implement human-oriented work design and give technological backbone autonomy.Finally,in order to ensure the effective operation of the incentive mechanism,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from three aspects: funds,systems and institutions to ensure the implementation of the incentive mechanism.
