In the increasingly fierce market competition,as the basic participating unit of market competition,the key factor for enterprises to win and maintain market competitiveness and sustainable development ability is the talent factor.The key to prevent brain drain lies in the scientific rationality of talent management mechanism,as well as some incentive measures,so that the potential of enterprise employees can be brought into play in the work and create more value.Incentive mechanism is one of the most effective and commonly used measures to stimulate employees' work enthusiasm and innovation ability and improve their work initiative.According to the theory of human resource management,effective incentive mechanism is a common tool to enhance the competitiveness and vitality of enterprises.The effectiveness of incentive mechanism plays a very important role in enterprises.Based on the theory of human resources management and other related theories,this paper takes M company employee incentive as the research object,and understands the current situation of M company employees through questionnaire survey,from the management power is too centralized,in line with the individual needs of employees communication mode and lack of channels,the company's promotion measures are incomplete and the incentive mechanism is unfair and so on four aspects of analysis,This paper expounds the specific situation of employee incentive in M company,understands the problems of the employee incentive mechanism of M company,and solves the problems from perfecting the company's authorization management system,establishing effective communication mechanism,perfecting the promotion management measures of the company and establishing the employee incentive system with fairness.To find out the employee incentive measures suitable for the actual development of M company,and then realize the effective incentive mechanism of the research enterprise established in this paper,and promote the research purpose of the sustainable development of the enterprise.
