Under the new economic normal,innovation has become one of the main features of the development of manufacturing industry,the manufacturing industry to capital and technology are relativelydense,technical staff within the enterprise is very important for constructing the core competitiveness of enterprises,and the incentive mechanism of technical staff and enable enterprises to maintain the most direct driving force for sustainable the innovation ability.Technology staff incentive problems this paper studies the D company,trying to through the research of D company's employee incentive,the company is to provide reference and the incentive mechanism for employees of such firms in the industry design problems.Through the analysis of the incentive mechanism of technical staff,this paper tries to answer how to constructincentive mechanism similar to their own companies like D,to maintain the core competitiveness.The main content of the thesis includes four parts,respectively is:D company profile and its technical staff management present situation,the company technical staff motivation research and analysis,D D overall train of thought and technical employee motivation mechanism design and the measures on the implementation of D company technical staff incentive system.The paper mainly uses empirical and normative analysis methods,combined with a large number of questionnaire statistical analysis.Through the analysis we found that D company's incentive mechanism in enforcement remains to be further improved,performance appraisal of technical staff incentive effect is not obvious,and the salary incentive forms are single,employees to enterprise's identity,attributable to the lack of enterprise culture construction needs to continue to improve.In view of the existing problems,this paper tries to design and optimize the top-level design of the incentive system,and try to improve D company executive force,in the incentive mechanism of performance appraisal system,the reform of salary system and corporate culture and other aspects of the problem,the technical staff of enterprise incentive to work effectively.
