The Evolution Of The Collective Housing Space In Northeast China And Design Strategy Research

As an important carrier in the process of urbanization,collective housing plays a vital role in the evolution of urban form and urban activities of residents,directly affecting the quality of life of urban and rural residents.The development of collective housing in the northeastern region is mainly divided into two stages.With the completion of the commercial housing reform in 1998,the welfare housing system and market-oriented system have experienced the process from scratch,from rough to refined,from solving basic physiological needs.The process of high-level psychological needs,including the development of commercialization of collective housing for more than 20 years,has also exposed a large number of design problems in the process of use.This paper focuses on the use of collective housing in the northeast region to promote the use of market-based collective housing.Investigate and discuss the reasons for the problems and the types of inductive problems,and propose a preliminary solution strategy to provide basic reference samples and design logic models for future design practitioners.First of all,to determine the scope of research,the purpose of the research,the status quo of research and research methods,the limitations of national policies and norms,the backwardness of social economy,the beginning of the urbanization process,etc.,it is concluded that the development of collective housing is divided into multiple housing and living room centers.The six stages of the center of the hall,the living center,the stability of the home and the pursuit of comfort,discussed the design status of the collective housing in the Northeast and pointed out the general design problems.Secondly,through the two-way dimension,the horizontal layer decomposes the main space of the casing,and then deeply analyzes the discovery history of the single space,and then summarizes the development of the casing space from the vertical layer.Thirdly,based on the research on the evolution history of the collective housing space,the factors affecting the design of the collective housing space are summarized from five aspects: regional environment,economy,society,science and technology,residential behavior and individual needs.The strategy is proposed to provide a theoretical basis.Finally,based on the sample feedback and field research results,the author summarizes the universal problems in the use of contemporary collective housing,analyzes the causes and solutions of the problems,and combines the latest residents' dynamic needs to propose a set of residential housing under diversified needs.The key design strategy and system model of the space,and based on the current new policy,new technology,new energy and environmental protection background,made a forward-looking perspective on the development trend of the collective housing space.
