Study On The Evolution And Design Strategy Of Jinan Congregate Housing And Residential Areas

As an important carrier in the process of urbanization,congregated housing and residential areas play a vital role in the residents’ life and urban development.Jinan has a long history of urban construction,and unique geographical conditions,with“favorable timing,geographical location and harmony”,but urban construction lags behind seriously.In the new period of family structure change,weak urban development,“quality improvement of stock,incremental structural optimization” and rapid urbanization,it is urgent to explore the development strategy in line with the situation of Jinan,make up for the lack of relevant research,and then promote the orderly development of congregated housing and residential areas.This paper takes the congregated housing and residential areas in Jinan as the research object,the time span is more than 70 years since the liberation of Jinan(1948),adopts the research methods of literature review,field research,interview consultation,and questionnaire survey,and uses typology,qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,based on time sequence,analyzes the evolution history and internal logic of congregated housing and residential areas,summarizes the current problems and residents’ needs of the congregated housing and residential areas in Jinan,and finally puts forward a development strategy in line with the conditions of Jinan based on the problems and needs analysis.Filled the lack of research in this field and has certain theoretical significance and practical value for the orderly development of collective housing and residential areas in Jinan.The research focuses on the two parts of congregated housing and residential areas,and systematically studies the evolution of Jinan’s residential form.The specific contents and achievements are summarized as follows:In chronological order.The first is to summarizes the development history of congregated housing in China;The second is divided into seven development stages,and analyses the evolution course of Jinan’s congregated housing in detail;Thirdly,from the architectural form,facade form,public space,structural technology,summed up the evolution of Jinan congregate house in the architectural form of the content;Fourthly,combined with the characteristics of Jinan,from the Qi-Lu Culture,geographical conditions,national pilot,urban planning,policy guidance of multidimensional analysis of its impact on congregated housing in Jinan;Fifth,studies the development and change of single space and functional space in congregate housing in Jinan,and further understand the origin and change of congregate housing;Sixth,analyzes the evolution content of Jinan’s residential area in each period according to the three stages of early settlement,modern settlement and complete community,and summarizes its evolution characteristics and laws;Seventh,summarizes the current problems faced by the congregate housing and residential areas in Jinan through questionnaires,interviews and field research,and increasingly residential needs,and makes a pilot work for the avoidance of follow-up problems;Finally,through the problem induction and demand analysis,combined with the actual situation of Jinan,respectively put forward the development strategy for the existing and future new residential areas.Based on the historical background,106 residential communities of different periods and classes were investigated on the spot.Combined with local literature,the thesis conducted in-depth research from the perspectives of house type development,form change,space composition,residential boundary,traffic green space and so on.The theory of Jinan’s residential development is improved,and a realistic and feasible design strategy is proposed,hoping to have a certain reference value for Jinan’s urban development.
