In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,it is pointed out that we should speed up the reform of ecological civilization system and build beautiful China.Urban water system,as an important ecological corridor,spatial corridor and landscape corridor,is an important part of urban ecological civilization construction.However,at present,there are some problems in urban water system planning,such as lagging design concept,low management efficiency,emphasis on planning and neglect of evaluation,which make it difficult to meet the needs of urban ecology in the new period.Therefore,understanding the inherent logic of urban water system planning and development,exploring the scientific methods to improve the efficiency of urban water system planning,and constructing the evaluation system of urban water system planning and layout have important theoretical value and practical significance for solving the existing problems of urban water system planning.On basis of summarizing the research results of urban water system planning at home and abroad,this paper explores the scientific connotation of urban water system planning and development in the new era,studies the application of GIS(Geographic Information System)and UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)in key data acquisition of urban water system planning layout.Finally,taking Tongchuan New District and Yaozhou City urban ecological water system comprehensive renovation planning as an example,this paper makes a thorough analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The application of GIS and UAV in key data acquisition of urban water system planning is studied.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional urban water system planning in key data acquisition,this paper studies how to use GIS and UAV to quickly acquire the surveying and mapping data and water body data needed for urban water system planning,and illustrates the specific methods of acquiring key data such as geographic elevation data,spatial image data and water sysltem vector data with examples.(2)An evaluation system for the rationality of urban water system planning and layout was established.On the basis of summarizing the main influencing factors of urban water system planning and layout,three aspects of suitable water surface ratio,water system connectivity and spatial accessibility are selected as the main objects of urban water system planning and layout rationality evaluation,and multi-objective function optimization solution,graph theory modeling analysis,mechanism model method and economics are applied respectively.The corresponding evaluation model is constructed by the combination of the test model method and the method.(3)Applying the evaluation system of urban water system layout to case study.Taking Tongchuan New District and Yaozhou City urban ecological water system comprehensive renovation planning as an example,based on the key data of urban water system obtained by GIS and UAV,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the urban water system planning and layout before and after using the established urban water system planning and layout evaluation system.It is concluded that the suitable water surface ratio can be increased from 0.103%to 0.273%after the water system planning in the study area,and the connectivity and spatial accessibility of the water system can be significantly improved.
