Currently,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,therehave been the pattern that the population increased in city and reduced in rural, land inhand for urban and rural areas.this promotes largely the phenomenons increasingthat urban village in city and empty village in rural.In addition with the extensive landand enclosure existing in the construction of urban and rural settlements,the inefficientand disorder development model for land exacerbated largely by the expansion of urbanand rural residential land.After analysising,Tongchuan man-land relationshipcontradiction is more prominent, there are the varying degrees of superscalarphenomenon in the per capita construction land subdivisions.
