| With the development of urban city,the historical water system in especially the "micro-water system" on the scale of small river sections,has been severely damaged.The water network structure has broken,which has brought serious problems with the urban water system and flood safety.Aiming at the current situation of urban historical water systems,through the questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process,field research and literature analysis,etc.,the integration of multidisciplinary content such as heritage protection,urban planning,sponge city,etc.A detailed study was carried out on the value evaluation system and restoration planning methods of urban historical water systems.The relevant theories and practical studies on the restoration of urban water systems and historical water systems at home and abroad are sorted and compared,and the current lack of the definition,classification,heritage value evaluation,and multidisciplinary comprehensive restoration strategies and restoration methods of historical water systems are summarized.In response to the above problems,first of all,the basic research of the urban historical water system and the determination of the value evaluation system were carried out.Through field investigations and analysis of literature,the concept of urban historical water system is defined,the water system classification criteria for functional classification of the city ’s historical water system are selected,and the heritage components and protection content of the historical water system are summarized.Carried out on-the-spot investigations of typical cities Beijing and Changchun,excavated the surface dilemma such as the destruction of the water system faced by the historical water system and the deep dilemma such as planning and management.With expert questionnaires and analytic hierarchy process,the qualitatively and quantitatively obtained the value evaluation system of the historical water systems of small river scales in cities,among which 5 in the criterion level indicators,the 14 indicator level indicators have all been weighted and scored.Secondly,the planning method of urban historical water system restoration was studied.The necessity of combining historical water system restoration with sponge city was discussed,as well as the collaborative planning ideas of urban historical water system restoration plan and sponge city special planning at macro,meso and micro scales.The technical planning route of urban historical water system restoration is proposed,put forward the principles of historical water system restoration planning,investigation and basic data analysis,planning objectives and indicators,etc.,at the planning implementation,researched planning strategies,planning linkage and planning implementation methods.Established a top-down,problem-oriented and goal-oriented urban historical water system restoration planning method.Finally,through the research examples of historical water system restoration planning in the old city of Changchun City,combining theoretical research with specific practical projects.Through the current situation investigation,the key issues of the historical water system in the old city of Changchun were sorted out,and the repair potential ranking of the five water systems was evaluated,and the overall positioning of the historical water system ofChangchun City in three directions of natural ecology type,cultural heritage type,leisure and recreation type was determined.According to local conditions,proposed restoration planning ideas and strategies for repairing underground culverts,strengthening historical patterns,diversified waterfront functions and strengthening public participation,studied and formulated the guidelines for the restoration control of the historical water system in Changchun City,and took the Huanggua ditch as an example to design and practice the water system and its waterfront environment.Through this study,the corresponding basic research on the definition,classification and heritage elements of the urban historical water system was carried out,an urban historical water system value evaluation system and restoration planning method were proposed.The restoration provides a certain theoretical and practical reference to the historical water system of each city in China. |
