In recent years,electrified railways,especially high-speed railways,have developed rapidly.The performance of catenary is an important index for the safe operation of electrified railways.Whether its parameters are qualified or not is directly related to the operation safety of electric locomotives.Therefore,the parameter detection of catenary is very important and also an important part of daily maintenance.Aiming at the problem of non-contact catenary parameters measurement,a portable static detection device for catenary geometric parameters is developed in this paper.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the detection methods of key parameters of contact gateway at home and abroad are introduced,and the research content of this paper is put forward based on the existing research results.Secondly,the detection method and working principle of key detection parameters of portable catenary detection device are studied.The overall scheme of geometric parameter detection device is proposed.The hardware circuit,data flow,human-machine interface and device software of portable catenary detection device are designed.Thirdly,the power demand of portable catenary detection device is analyzed in detail.Combining with the principle and shortcomings of traditional power supply scheme,a new scheme of high-efficiency charging module with reverse discharge function for portable catenary detection device is proposed.In order to achieve good charging and discharging characteristics of the whole device,this paper combines the charging and discharging characteristics of the converter in the power supply,and studies the converter.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional direct power control strategy,a new DPC-85×2 strategy for converter is proposed,which can improve the control accuracy of the device.Finally,the recognition method of catenary geometric parameters detection based on artificial intelligence algorithm is studied.Aiming at the shortcomings of laser ranging,artificial intelligence algorithm is applied to the geometric parameter identification of catenary,and convolution neural network algorithm is applied to the geometric parameter identification of catenary,and good recognition results are obtained.The whole software flow of the device is designed.In order to verify the reliability of the portable catenary static geometric parameter detection device developed in this paper,it is tested in the laboratory and the catenary test and training base of A Railway Administration.The measured results of static catenary geometric parameters have achieved good accuracy,which shows that the developed device meets the requirements of catenary geometric parameters detection.
